WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• You have experience of setting and implementing action plans and budgets, and following up goals.
• You have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market and business conditions quickly and take winning commercial decisions based on local market information.
• You can manage a horizontal business and influence others in a matrix organisation. You also possess excellent communication skills that allow you to interact seamlessly with customers as well as internal and external partners.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Optimising sales and profitability through global IKEA priorities, the IKEA product range, the national market and your competitors. You use this information to define and agree with your manager the IKEA Business plan.
• Leading all stakeholders and your colleagues in the store to understand your market, your consumers, specifically business customers and their business needs. You then use this knowledge to improve our customers’ shopping experience.
• Working actively with the Country IKEA Business Leader and your local marketing function to identify and build long-lasting relationships with external partners to better understand their needs and increase awareness for the IKEA offer in your local market.
