We are looking for an Insight Leader to join our team for a period of 5 months due to maternity leave. This role will focus on e-commerce related data analysis and insights generation to improve our understanding of consumer & customer journey online and to enhance the e-commerce performance. You should have minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce related data analytics. Furthermore, you have experience in the retail sector, preferably in home furnishing sector, using quantitative and qualitative research and internal data.
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data to commercially viable actionable insights as well as good leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate in an inspirational way. In addition, you have the ability to prioritise and make decisions with speed and simplicity and to take a holistic view of a global organisation. It will be a plus if you have applied experience Google Analytics and Google Datastudio and in other Visual Analytics Platforms like Tableau, PowerBI or QlikSense.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
In the role as Country Insights Leader, you are responsible for driving creation and sharing of actionable omnichannel consumer and customer insights to enable better informed strategies, plans and decisions in the online market and also for driving consumer and customer understanding to inform business partners (Marketing/Selling and Customer/ Marketing, Selling and Customer) how to create value for customers and consumers, while delivering growth for the business.
In this role you will report to the Country Consumer & Customer Insights Manager and you will work closely with the Country E-commerce Integration Manager. This role is located in Haarlem, The Netherlands
