In this role you have minimum of 5 years of progressive and diverse experience in digital product development in China. Strong business acumen and a strategic & commercial mind-set. You have the knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms. Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data. In addition, you have demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up and ability to lead a cross-functional team through influence.

You have knowledge in following areas:
· Extensive knowledge of the market/area within which the Product they are responsible for developing will be deployed and used especially from a China perspective
· Knowledge of the technology landscape in eCommerce, digital channels and retail particularly in technology that is relevant to their product area
· Extensive experience with agile development practices, particularly owning and running specific agile events such as backlog refinement and sprint reviews
· Experience in developing/writing user stories
· Comfortable leading, directing, and empowering team members without formal management authority
· Bring a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs
· Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people
We believe that you demonstrate a combination of a technical engineering knowledge and an effective people manager. You are able to apply agile analysis techniques for creating user stories and acceptance criteria. You are focused with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues. You have the ability to take ownership and make effective decisions. The ability to stimulate creative ideas and perspectives that add value. Also, understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of technology as an integrated part of the business.


· Explore and examine data for use in predictive and prescriptive modelling to deliver insights to the business stakeholders and support them to make better decisions
· Responsible for maximizing the business results and customer value resulting from the development and deployment of digital products for the China market by making trade-off decisions as needed
· Support the China Digital Product Manager in developing the product roadmap
· Work closely to ensure alignment with Group Digital product strategy and collaboration with Group Digital Product teams
· Ensure they have a good understanding of the Group Digital product roadmap as well as the China Digital product roadmap as defined by the respective Product Managers to inform the creation and prioritization of the backlog
· Actively manage the China digital product backlog including clearly expressing product backlog items and prioritizing items based on business goals and optimization of work in the agile team
· Involvement in sprint planning meetings to help provide clarity and elaborate features and user stories to help the team better understand the requirements and how success will be measured
· Define and deliver acceptance criteria and the ‘Definition of Done’ working collaboratively with the rest of the team
· Where needed work with customers (from China) to understand and qualify their needs and requirements, ensuring they are included and integrated into the product as needed
· Act as a subject matter expert for China Product teams, providing insight, context and additional information as needed to help understanding of what is required especially from China country point of view
· Working collaboratively with other Product Owners & Managers across Group Digital product teams to refine the backlog and identify cross journey dependencies
· Engage with Chapter Leads regarding resources and functional expertise required in the agile team
· Work cross-functional to ensure that the agile team has what is needs and remove blockers that prevent the agile team to maximize the delivery of digital products
